Sinai University Qualifies to Compete with Egyptian Universities at the Regional Level in the 2024 Startup Olympics at the Innovators and Support Fund
Sinai University qualifies to compete with Egyptian universities at the regional level in the 2024 Startup Olympics at the innovators and support fund.
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Professor Dr. Gehan Fekry, President of Sinai University, and with the support of the Innovators and Geniuses Fund (ISF) affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the initial qualifiers for the Startups Olympics 2024 were held at Egyptian universities. The following were qualified:
*First place, Students Track: Faculty of Engineering, Sinai University, Kantara with Sustainable Smart Walls Project
*Researchers Track: Faculty of Pharmacy, Sinai University, Kantara Branch with Sinawell Project
The competition comes in fulfillment of the Fund’s goals in sponsoring innovators and geniuses and in fulfillment of the axes of the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research, which emphasizes communication and integration between higher education and scientific research institutions.
