Admissions Requirements

Undergraduate Students:

The university accepts students who have an Egyptian High School Certificates, Arabic Certificates& International Certificates.
The minimum score for applying to SU for the Academic Year 2021 – 2022 as follows:

Admission Process

– Always check your email regularly to be informed and updated with all the admission steps.

– You are kindly requested to finalize all the admission steps as quickly as possible to be able to enjoy the advantages of the early admission program. As well as to enable SU university to send your data amongst the nominated names for 2021/2022 admission to the Centralized Ministry Electronic Tanseek.

– To make things easier and clear for you to understand the whole admission cycle starting from filling out an application all the way to getting enrolled, SU University is welcoming you to follow the following steps:

The Application Process

Apply (online Application) on website www.su.edu.eg .

You will receive an email with “Username & Password” to complete your Application’s information.

Pay the application fees, check your email for confirmation and to follow up with the admission process.

Reserve your English Placement Test on SU Campuses (Arish or Kantara) or Upload your English Test Certificate TOEFL , IELTS or TOEIC.

Register and determine your wishes preferences faculties through the Ministry of Higher Education’s website https://www.cpnu-admission.edu.eg on the specified dates, SU is looking forward to welcoming you as a member of its family.

Upon receiving the final acceptance’s email, the tuition fees should be paid along with the Original documents within three working days at the Administrative Building (Qatamiyah-Cairo) or SU Branches (Arish –Kantara) which is nearest to you.

Requirements for Transfer Students

SU welcomes all transfer students from governmental or private universities inside or outside the country according to transfer rules set by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education.

Applicant should have the minimum score for applying to the faculties according to percentage declared in the year the student gained the certificate or transfer year, whichever is better for the student.
CGPA should not be less than (0), Minimum subject’s grade 60%
The remaining period of graduating for the transfer student should not be less than 3 years for practical colleges or 2 years for theoretical colleges as minimum.
A confirmation from the university of the transfer student before any admission processis a must and in case of differences in documents’ or not responding, the application will be considered as cancelled.
Students are accepted upon providing the following documents to the admission office:
Original High School Certificate.
Original birth certificate
Original University Transcript & Course Description certified from the university & the Ministry of Higher Education (inside Egypt) or the Country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs + the Egyptian Embassy (outside Egypt)
A university withdrawal letter & good conduct letter (inside Egypt)
A certificate of movements from Passport & Immigration Department that proof yourarrival & departure period during study(outside Egypt)
Passport / national ID’s copy
Six recent personal photo – white background – size 4*6
Military Form 2 & 6 (Namuzaj 2 & 6 Jund) for males
